Are the sales a joke?

You have a one week "Black Friday Sale" then follows it with the exact same sales that will last months (because it has no ending date announced). Like really? I know the sale is choose by a monkey, but did the monkey really just roll the same sales twice in a row?

    Is it just me or was the news post about the charms sale ending changed from ending on the 30th to remaining on sale?

    I was wondering about the same thing, it is getting harder and harder to decipher the sale messages.

    Well.. I can't say I mind the Ocean orbs staying, means I can get the last three I need for my helm and farm out 3-6 more to +10 my chest and some other piece of equipment, probably my cape. I'm not bothered by 1 stars either because I have no reason to buy gold and I don't care to try to merchant at the moment since I can't leave my laptop running for too long. All in all, my only complaint would be that the sale was lazy and honestly all we really needed was just the pack sale, but hey.. it's PWI, nothing you can do but just roll with it and take advantage of it if possible.

    PWRD stock prices are single digit now, they we're around $50 before the first anni pack sale (just as a point of reference). I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that they fix the client instability issues with the +11/+12 sale by christmas. if this game is still around in a year, i would be very surprised.

    On Loth we usually get them a while before maint, but they're not on sale here either.

    So, do we theorize that this is an intentional tactic to make merchanting difficult (with the illogical hopes that free-to-play merchants start charging real life money), or because these sales actually benefit PWI?

    No, they take advantage of people by buying things for the lowest price possible then sell it for over 10% profit per item while saying they're cheap! They're evil!! And.. huh.. deceiving people AND making money... I must try this merchanting thing :D
