Highest damage for a wiz on Lost City

I assumed you meant those skills you mentioned above with "debuffing" because in this thread everyone has talked about those skills only.

also reducing def levels should work + other seeker skills what increase damage taken

Edit: Upon 2nd inspection, I've come to the conclusion that it was the frostblade buff that made all the difference.

not impressed if you used other people's debuffs
