im starting a wizard and how does this build sound?

1 vit
1strength
1 dex


and any tips for being a wizard?

    no points in dex unless your are going for light armor... in wich case just don't b:chuckle

    out of 10 points (every 2 levels)

    Vitality build (survivablity)
    1-2 to Vitality
    1 to strength
    7-8 to magic

    Pure mage build
    9 to Magic
    1 to Strength

    Exactly this ^

    I would suggest starting out with a vit build, then restat out the vit when you are like 100 and comfortable with your HP.

    I wouldn't suggest going over 100 base vit at any point in time. Most wizards stop at 53 base vit, because then you can restat it back to 3 with the cheapest restat note
