can't use super inv extension stone?

I bought a super inventory extension stone and went to see the inventory master or banker in arch, but they wont give me the quest to expand my inventory. I am level 30 and have already once expanded my inventory with regular stone. Same thing happens to my regular safe stones. They wont give me the quests. Anyone knows why this is happening?

    You need to go to an Inventory Master
    Click the link for locations.

    also make sure you dont have a full quest list
