Restting of bank and gear removal codes

dear gms, please sort my codes out. I'v sent a number of tickets with no response whatsoever.Kindly reset my bank and gear removal codes please as i cannot enjoy 2x at all without bein able to move my gear around and enter my bank. Please help me

    only way to get help on this is to submit a ticket.
    It's not a hard thing to do.

    i'v sent so many tickets..no response at all..sigh..oh well guess i can only be patient

    Little tip, whenever you send a new ticket in about the same issue, they bump you to the back of the line. Wait patiently and don't submit any more tickets.

    Also, remember that we just had a holiday weekend. They've probably been off work since last Wednesday. Under normal circumstances you need to give them a week. Most of you guys fail to realize this.
