me and a friend are going to perfect world so i just want to need a few qustions

1. is these game still popular like it used to be
2. is the citys full of people ^_^
3. are clans alive and do stuff
4. do groups in dungeons play fair like greed before need?

    1) Semi yes, its more busy than some other MMOs out there i tried even now
    2) at least in Sanctuary yes + catshops
    3) Depends on which you join
    4) Depends on what pple you run with

    Greed before need = fair, now PWI makes complete sense. Snarky comments aside, it is still fun, i enjoy playing it. 2x is on right now until dec, so getting bh done might be slightly more difficult but you will always get people popping up when you mention free wine. Questing is still fun, especially if you read the text.

    Archosaur server been busy for a while now, your ping will be enormous.

    Everyone who says there are plenty of people left must only visit Archosaur.

    PW has a pretty large world map. Almost the whole map is empty except for a couple of spots.

    At one point in time, you could find people anywhere on the map. Now, you don't.

    They see the same amount of people in Arch and the same number of cat shops so they think the game is alive and well. In most of 2009, a large percentage of cat shops were actually player main's. Now almost every cat shop is a dedicated merchant account.

    Don't be fooled by people multi-clienting a half dozen characters with several of them always afk at their certain spots.

    I remember when you could find cat shops in almost every city on the map and there were always large groups of people hanging out at Dreamweaver Port, OHT, and the main starter cities.

    I miss those days when any random character could grab a couple tele's, say something silly and you'd have so many responses you couldn't even keep up with the PM spam. Now you're only likely to get a few, and they're probably people you already know.


    edit: Also, compared to two years ago, the forum is pretty much dead too.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.
