Earthguard Character Default Customization Issue - RESOLVED

Hey everyone,


There is currently a known issue where, if you customize the default Earthguard character (the creepy bald one with no pupils) without choosing a preset, some of your appearance changes may not be saved when you go in-game.

So to not get this error, just be sure to select one of the presets before you start customizing.

We should have this issue fixed shortly.

    Thanks for the info. Does this only apply to the new races? Or all of them? I'll probably be making a seeker in a few days when I'm 104 lol.

    Everything has its beginnings, but it doesn't start at one. It starts long before that... The world is born From zero. The moment zero becomes one is the moment the world springs to life. One becomes 2. 2 becomes 10. 10 becomes 100. taking it all back to one solves nothing. so long as zero remains... One.. Will eventually grow to 100 again.

    actually it's only the bald mystic that's bugged like that. someone told me this yesterday when I made my mystic (5 times, i was like what the hell... i keep getting the weird bald one once i'm in game). I customized it (female one) then clicked confirm, and poof back to the bald one, i'm like errrrr so i customized it again. That time it stuck. Then i went in game and i had the bald one ...... lol Then somone told me this after 3 more tries.
    I made both, and no problems with the seeker.

    And "some of your appearance changes may not be saved when you go in-game."... Actually it's all of them. It completely reverts to the creepy bald one. There's also something buggy with the ear section. The size won't change (i always make mine a tad smaller lol) at first. Had to select the pointy ones, then the first ones again b4 the slider did anything.

    EDIT: um i take back the first part of that. I just went on my alt accoutn to check since there was room to make another. I forget, but i might've clicked the presets right away on my male seeker. I don't know since now it's uses the one i MADE as a default. And the female SEEKER is bald and eyeless as well so.....

    I was wondering if the lack of options for the eye types, eye makeup, and lip color on the Earthguard are related the bug or is that apart of the expansion?

    If you look at any tideborn's shadow on the ground it doesn't show the hair unlike other shadow's of other characters still. At min settings all tideborns are still balled LOL.

    I'd rather have this stupid glitch with my genie skills fixed. Constantly clicking them and they don't go off until several clicks later. x.x

    its quite funny, and their eyes should be like that, just able to change the colour of them XD

    What about giving the default model eyeballs, period. ATM, the only way to get eyeballs (iris and pupils) is to choose a preset first then customize it to your liking. I know that's what Frankie said to do in the first place, but the issue isn't just a "save settings" issue. There be a "no eyes" issue during customization, too.
    There's no such thing as a "Perfect World" full of Jade, diamonds, gold, and other riches and treasures. There is only an imperfect world, with an imperfect society, full of imperfect people, with imperfect idea's about how to be perfectly rich and perfectly perfect. No one cares about being perfectly kind, perfectly fair, or perfectly content.
    It's a perfectly sad world.

    I i feel your pain when a red runs away and by the time i click on OI for the fifth time and it works the target is allready out of range. :S

    1. I like my Mystic bald, is there a way i can get normal eyes and bald head?

    Thats not the only issue the male eatherguards have their eyebrows backwards that's why I made myself a female instead

    Well, there is something wrong with the customizations again.. cant choose the hair texture or anything like that... cant change the makeup or lip color... a lot of stuff missing from Earthguard AND the Tideborn AGAIN. How the heck does this **** keep happening?

    IN BEE 4 NECRO LOCK.

    Anyways, as far as I know, the Tideborn and Earthguard have never had options for Makeup or Lip Gloss. So I don't see how that is actually a glitch.
