Can't pick gravel pile???

I just got to lvl.3 blacksmith and when i try to pick a gravel pile it says that i don't meet the requirements to perform that action. please help! Thanks.

    you might be too low of a level, i forget what lvl you have to be.

    Maybe you don't have a pickaxe? Or it's in your bank?

    Gravel and other low (level 2) mine-able mats can't be dug until you're 20. Mid (level 3) mats can't be dug until 40, high (level 4) not until 60, special (level 5) are only in heaven (Lotharien) and hell (Mamogenon) and you need to be at least 89 and finish sage or demon culti to enter those places.
