logging in issue

hi, i get some logging in timeout is 40 seconds message when i try login. but i see the servers are up. am i the only one getting this message?

    I'm having this same issue. Ran a trace route (go into command prompt and type >tracert -h 16 pwigc2.perfectworld.com) and saw no clear issues. My ISP has been having DNS issues... not sure if that's the problem.

    im pretty sure servers are down for maitnence. Just sayin....

    not sure but shoot for another 2 or 3 hours and be suprised when its less

    then the server status should have a red dot not a green dot. but maybe ur right, coz when i look at "choose server" before logging in, i see no ping or anything else then

    ya jsut looked at the clock and it would seem maitnence will be done then. thanks for the input Muffin

    ya its maitnence.... gotta love when ppl ccreate the ridiculous cannot connect threads over a problem that happens almost every tuesday night... and the server status never changes as theya re to lazy to change it

    we are all in diff timezones but it should end at 1 am server time which is 18 mins from now

    haha yeah thats why i was a bit confused. about to try this game out for the first time. pretty excited :)
