Question - 2X Over Holidays?

Are we going to have 2X Experience over Holidays?

I just got to 102 and am planning out my FCing to try to get to 103/104/105. It would help if I knew if we were going to have 2X experience during the Thanks Giving / Winter Holidays to help figure out my target dates.

    The game economy still hasn't recovered from the last 2x, why do we need another?

    The game will never recover---all the best stuff nolonger drops from mobs or bosses---it only drops in the boutique now.

    You misundertand, in my post I am asking about 2X Experience... I guess I should of put that in the header. I don't really care about 2X Drops...

    Most of the time there is one around Christmas in conjunction with the snowman event.

    There was also snowmen 1 year, and none the next. PWI is inconsistent, just because they done something for 1 holiday doesn't mean they'll do it again.

    I am pretty sure they will have 2x turned on for the Thanksgiving weekend. They have done it for the past couple of years. There will be another one again for Christmas. By drawing more players back to play during the holidays with 2x, it will help increase their sale profits for Black Friday.

    Maybe this black friday they will actually do something useful and put like everything in the boutique from all the past sales? I would love to be able to get some medal of glories for like 1g each and mysterious chip boxes for 5 silver per 50 :D

    But, that isn't the case. Some goob has to ask the question every couple of days and the answer is always the same....

    It is not that 2x is destroying the economy it is the fact that the game needed something to farm other than nirvana.... they chose to go the route of the rank gear upgrades. That being said there really is no market for nirvana/TT stuff anymore because it has all become about rank only.

    They can prove this wrong with the next expansion but given this expansion promised 2 new instances (none of which were the trials or phoenix valley) and we never got those I would expect nothing.
