Can't log in all of the sudden

Hello all!

First things first; No, I am not banned.

Second of all, it keeps telling me that I have the wrong username/password when I know its correct. Its very irritating, and i haven't had this problem before in any of the years that i have played. Tips, hints, an answer please?

And yes, i have submitted a ticket.

    i have the same problem lost my 2 accounts cant log in on any of them wrong pass/username, i had 2 lvl 100 chars and i have send a ticket to but no answer after 4 weeks...

    idk what they will do about it but i guess nothing

    hmm i came back to the game the other day loged in to my char level 91 and all my items were gone weapon equips everything.......
    And now today i cant log in to my char password username not working

    changing your password for you WITHOUT you knowing it 1st. Pretty sure someone will go to class action suit for they may own the account, they don't own your password.

    Read the ToS, they can pretty much do whatever they damn well please including stealing your gold and you can't do jack about it. They were pretty sneaky when they worded that.

    Have any of you guys tried resetting your passwords?

    yes several times but i cant do it cause my email have SOMEHOW been changed.........

    i tried to do a new account for a week ago with the email and i it work and it shouldnt when u have already use it on another account...


    but **** this game and gms that dont care

    You can go into your account information and check your e-mail. If it's not what it should be, open a ticket to get it resolved.

    Sounds like it hasn't really been changed though. Your mail from PWE to reset your password is probably sitting in a spam folder somewhere. Log in to the web-interface for your mail and check the spam folder there.

    Although I would imagine that it's likely that you won't be seeing this in the near future, on account of being banned for subverting the profanity filter there.
