    Just keep clicking through until you see the page that will tell to either click on live-chat, or to submit a ticket. Be wary of the live-chat hours, they are in California time. ^^

    Please note that Live Chat is only available during our business hours running from Monday through Friday from 10:30AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 to 6PM.

    The new support system encourages users to browse the trouble-shooter and knowledge-base prior to starting a Live Chat session.

    This should answer that ^^.

    Except that they are typically overloaded with tickets and haven't bothered to man the Live Chat line. It's also why we never see GM's in-game anymore.

    Is kinda true. They are seemly understaffed and you may not get a response with Live-Chat, which is why they have the ticket system (however long that takes)
