Why does support say "this"

Why does clicking to "My Support" to add/update ticket information show That up there^
???

...I log into using the Link-provided from my email-inbox that says:
"To respond to this ticket or check the status" use the following Link....and then it asks for me to Log-in...ofc I do. ...then It shows that and not let me update or even View the ticket.

...but it will let me Add/Transfer Gold and get a Jones Blessing.

    UPDATE:

    so....since I am having this...Support/Ticket problem and I see this:

    "If you are having issues logging into Support please direct your emails to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com."

    ...at the bottom of the page, I write an email regarding Not being able to view/update any tickets and then a few minutes later I get a new email saying Support got my email and if any new info' to use the link provided to update and respond to the ticket.

    And I even gave them the Ticket# that I can't update information on....and stating that is why I am using the customerservice address and not a normal ticket.

    UPDATE:
    ...seems my friend can't submit a ticket either. So hopefully can send the Ticket update in later soon then ...but if a issue is gunna arise idk why can't make a advisory of it >.>

    b:laugh support not anserring questions and other stuff they just sending automatic ansers... dont get upset about tickets) i think they dont know what their sistem can do or not can do)

    If you're having troubles submitting a ticket, it's typically, (95% of the time), because you are using either IE or Firefox.

    If you wish to continue using those browsers, make certain that you do not have any PWE websites open, clear your internet cache, restart the browser, and try again.

    If you're not sure how to clear your cache, I have posted a guide here for the most popular browsers.

    Personally, I use Google Chrome, and have never experienced this issue with it.


    Although, judging from the posts I'm seeing, maybe the support site is having an issue.
