Is it just me to does it proc WAY more now?

    It seems to be more like a 10% chance now, compared to it being a 1% chance to proc previously. I personally Cleaved the ? dot in the TT entrance a year ago. 300 times and it only proc'd twice.

    Yeah I saw that thread and before the update it hardly proc'ed for me too, but ever since I played after the recent update i've been noticing it proc way more.

    I had demon highlland for awhile now an I have not notice it to proc yet for me..lol unless i never took notice cause i gave up on it procing

    Boy if it's that bad I'm glad I hadn't bothered to get it yet. o.o I think all of the "% chance to..." things lie though. My wiz has sage mountain seize which has 50% chance to save one spark and out of casting it 20 times in a row it proc'd 2 times.
