I am not getting a reply to a help ticket filed more than 24 hours ago so trying to post here to see if I can get help with a time sensitive wedding problem.

My char scheduled a wedding for 19:30 server time on the Raging Tides server for Monday Nov 7 ( about 13 hours from now)

DST change was implemented over the weekend and now the event is not listed in the chapel foyer and the marriage card (and all the invites sent) show an incorrect 18:30 as the start time. Obviously we reserved the 19:30 time so most of our guests could make the event. An hour earlier change means most haven't planned to show up until the event would be over due to the random time change.

This wasn't a problem Saturday night before DST implementation so when I logged in Sunday morning I noticed it for the first time and immediately filed a ticket. I know its asking for a short turn around on the ticket, and it was a problem starting on a weekend.. but it is a time sensitive issue. I don't want our wedding event to fail because guests don't know the right time to show up or that the event went *poof* after shelling out millions for invites and other expenses.

    GM's don't work weekends, they should be arriving at the office shortly and begin to sift through the tickets generated over the weekend.

    NOW less about 6 hours til the botched time and no responses.

    Dont know if I have to reset and resent new invites or what. this is a bit annoying after spending all the money on packs, reservations and invites. cant get a response in game or using the system

    The invites have the wrong time for a time period that doesnt even exist on the chapel listing. Are they going to even work for folks that show up at the incorrect time shown on the invites if no event is listed for the day?

    I have the same problem our wedding was scheduled for Nov 6 at 20:00, but it never took place and we had a few guests stay up as laste as 4:00am to be there. I tried to submit a ticket, but I kept getting an error on the ticket page so couldnt even submit one. So frustrating! Why wasnt this announced? We paid a lot of money for this wedding.

    yeah between, packs reservations and invites we have spent almost $100 on a pixel event and haven't paid for the stuff you need to buy inside yet.. we should be entitled to at least a little customer support.

    Our wedding too was glitched , was supposed to be yesteray at 15:30 but time change made our time change to 14:30, QuackerBear and l sent out 60 invitations, that is 6 mil ingame coin . People showed up and we waited , tried to get in and got message Wedding not started, So we waited, and waited. Never did get to have our ceremony. l don't know about you but this was very upsetting to me . We sent out all of our invitations, and waited a week to get to have our ceremony, I was so excited, Was just like a real life wedding , the planning , the getting everyone together, the fashion for my bridesmaids . All for what ?
    To be disappointed once again by a game , can't you guys plan for Daylight savings time ...? It does happen every single year !
    My heart was broken , and then I had to say I was sorry to all my guests .
    Not to mention the guy I was supposed to walk down the isle with .
    I know this game produces a lot of money for the developers . Please work on this in the future . Some say it is only a game , but real live people are behind these characters. People with feelings and hearts that break .
    I hope that you will be responsible enough to give us another date and time for our ceremony and return the coin it took for us to send out all the invites. Wouldn't be a bad idea to give a little extra for all the time that was wasted too .

    im sure that this is an issue affecting more than just the few of us who posted here. I sure hope that refunds are in the works or something to make up for the aggravation of spending all that time on getting these set up, inviting everyone then having to reschedule and make all our friends make time again to attend. This is really a way to ruin something special about the game.

    I suppose it happens every time the clocks are changed for DST, so they could have warned us or not made the dates available in the first place.

    The lack of response from customer support is definitely a slap in the face on top of it all.

    Well we got a reply from support and got a new reservation stone mailed to us. However, no refund on the invitations we used...which wasn't cheap. So we sent another ticket for that. Anyone had better luck?
