help with PREPAID CARDS and other

is there a store in the uk that sells PWE cards or france, germany wherever or is it possible if you could lend a sponsor with bestbuy in the uk and other best buys in europe and 1 more thing perfect world crashed and ive lost my cursor and i cant use anything in main menu and it doesn't work and i don't know how to fix it any help and

if there is a store in the uk that sells PWE cards pm pls?
