elementclient.exe stop working

why everytime i wanna start play, it always says that elementclient.exe stop working... i try download it again but it won't work... please anyone help me solve this problems... b:cry

    yeah me to when i want to open PWI it say ur elementclient.exe has stop working..anyone know how to solve this problem..i always try it everytime and its still cannot open..anyone plz help me..

    I'm posting constantly that under Windows 7 and Vista, you need to set the three .exe files to run with administrator rights under the program compatibility settings.

    These files are....
    C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\patcher\patcher.exe
    C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\Launcher\Launcher.exe
    C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\elementclient.exe

    Right-click on these, select Properties, click the "Compatibility tab, and check the box at the bottom where it says "Run this program as administrator".

    Do not set them to run under any other version of windows, or set any other compatibility settings. (Unless you have an older system, then the "Disable visual themes" option might improve your FPS a bit.)

    If this fails to resolve it, post OS, system and network/internet connection stats.

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

    AMD Phenom II X2 550 3.1 GHz
    4 GB Memory
    ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series with 1 gb ram

    I live in canada and have Bell High Speed Internet

    I have installed and uninstalled and redownloaded the game multiple times and i cannot get past the first load bar it hits about 99% then stops then elementclient.exe stops working. I would like to get back to playing PWI ASAP ty for quick feed back.

    P.S. i tried the administrator setting on all 3 files and it still did not work.

    If you could post a link to a DxDiag.txt file and a HiJackThis log, that would be great. It could be something running in the background that's causing the issue, or some aberrant setting with your video, or a bad codec.

    If you can`t pass this stupid bar... just install IE7~9b:chuckle

    the same error came for me, update ur graphics card... mine got fixed....

    How do you update your Graphics card? I have an Asus Computer running an Intel(R) HD Graphics Family and I think the problem is that my graphics card keeps crashing but I'm just not sure if I need to buy a whole new card or just repair it.

    am facing the same problem and i've tried all things that u write in this but it doesn't work now what am i do???????????b:cry
