    they could though add both version in the dq make the glowly one a bit more and I bet would make some happy and the game happy kinda of a win -win b:surrender.

    I could see some liking the big pig (manly males?).

    was a bit dissapointing (I blow my dq points on **** anyways, mainly pigments)

    And agian Venus, Im with ya on the piggie memorial lol

    I don't know if I should cry or bang my head against the wall. The previous pillar was so cute. I fell in love with her so I was killing snowmen 24/7 last christmas to get her.

    Now it's just a damn boring pig. Give my reward points back.

    It's far more likely that they will put what we know as the pillar pet back on the rewards page in addition to the tub of lard we ended up with. The catch would be that we would have to spend another 15k points to get the one we had back. It's far easier to make us waste our time and points to acquire another pet than it is to correct the problem... or so their track record with correcting problems would make it seem.

    I have no problem with them removing the pillar pet from the rewards page and putting something new in it's place. However, those of us that acquired the pig before the update deserve to have the pet we spent points on back. They should probably rename the new pet as well since the fat one is NOT the pillar pet.

    Anyone that acquired a pillar pet after the patch should be given the option to contact support and choose the one they want for a short period of time. Odds are good that a few people tried to acquire what they thought was a pillar pet after the patch and ended up with Fatty McBacon or whatever it's supposed to be called. Some may be okay with that, but I'm guessing that anyone that wasn't aware of the stealth makeover will probably want to keep the original glowy version. A few probably thought the fat one was awesome and decided to get one after seeing this thread. See the issue? Give these people an option. If the new pig was supposed to cost 15k points as well, I don't see the problem with that.

    Sure, it puts a little more on support's plate, but we didn't create this problem. The company did.

    It never really made sense that a baby pig was the same size as Pillar. They just fixed it so the baby pet is actually baby sized.

    IT was not a fix. The Pillar pet is a baby pig that glowed had flowers. IT was always supposed to look that way and was advertised that way. This is NOT a wind walking pig, this is the pillar pet. Completely different things.

    Got a response from a GM in my ticket, and it will be reverted back to it's original graphics "some day," so keep an eye out on the patch notes was basically the gist of the response. So don't NPC those pets, Pillar fans.

    couse just 1 week before the pillar was introduced i bought a baby pig b:laugh

    i was pissed .. now im happy couse the baby is better now b:thanks
    Some Rules each PWI Gamer should know
    1. Dont break this rules & no matter what: DONT TRUST ANYONE!
    2. Dont pay wine or heads fee (like to get kicked after that?) b:chuckle
    3. Dont borrow items (since when return gms scammed stuff?) b:embarrass
    4. Dont use your password in faction-forums (like hacks?) b:fatb
    5. Dont give your mats to the tt-banker (obvious, not?) b:beg
    6. Dont wait for help, or heals, or any other miracles,... (for more examples just play pwi and you will hate the whole humanity) b:bye

    I didn't say when, I just believe it will happen. I mean, they said they would fix the fact that if you dropped on top on an npc's head you'd rubber band. And three years later, they did! >.> I get the feeling it won't be for a really long time or a GM would say something. Then again, they changed Kowlin pretty quickly, so who knows.

    Released November 9, 2011

    Auto-Path
    The Auto-Path interface now displays its title again.
    In addition, its text has been cleaned up to be easier to understand.

    Damage Rankings
    The final minute countdown's format is now consistent with the rest of the times.

    Localization
    The quest text throughout Elysium Village has been made easier to read and understand.

    Miscellaneous
    The Pillar pet's size has been reduced to what it originally was. It now displays a new glow effect as well.

    Just curious what they mean with "new glow effect"...

    The fact the notes indicate that they didn't restore it to it's original look makes me wonder what sort of changes they might make to other items like this. Did we fail to mention that we wanted our pets restored to their original look? Can we get an explanation about why our piggies have gone through 3 transformations?

    This new glow had better be pretty damn epic or else I have a feeling this thread will never die!

    My gut is telling me it's probably something lame like a golden aura. If that's the case, I'll be back! b:chuckle
