All servers down?

Was suddenly d/c and now all server appear as down, anyone else with this problem?

    now raging tide, harshland and dreamweaver appear as up, but all west and europe servers are still down, is this a problem on my side?

    No, apparently this is them playing with the login servers. Players who were logged in experienced little to no issue, and people couldn't log in.

    They were never down. I've been logged in for hours.
    Sometimes when you d/c and try to log in, it'll say some servers are down. I'm not sure why it does this, it just does. Normally restarting your client or waiting five minutes helps.
