how long does a tome feed a herc for?
does anyone know an estimate?b:cute

    All the tome does is prevent the loyalty from going down (yellow bar), you still have to feed it if it dies.

    Do not get the pet food tome in the boutique, that lasts like a week. Instead get a real tomb to boost your stats, and it will last forever and keep your pet fed. Since pets lose loyalty automatically when they die, you'll have to feed it when it dies but that can be solved by carrying around 10 or so sesame oils. Also, what you find from drops should help. Check the veno forums for more information about the veno class.

    Sesame oils don't help if it's a Nix or Herc. But, it's pretty economical to just carry around 30 or so Cookies and deal with it that way.

    Nix only eats Hay or cookies, Herc Ginsing or Cookies (or is that reversed). Can't feed it water, IIRC, but, it's been... Um, a long long time since I played my venos. So, can't remember properly...

    Hercs like meat too... but cookies are cheaper.

    So...basically you should only feed it cookies? No wonder they give you so many of them when your exchange your tokens. Still if you can afford a herc/nix you should also be able to get a low level tome.

    i already know u can feed a herc/nix a tome.. but i was wondering how long does its hunger prevention effect last? and does it feed the pet if it goes to the next stage of hunger (ex:hungry,starving,really hungry etc etc..)

    The tome prevents them from becoming hungrier for as long as you have it equipped. So put it on, feed your pet, and don't take it off, and you'll never have to feed your pet unless it dies.
