Monster buffs?

while i was grinding i noticed monsters that had better stats than others like
More defense
More Attack
increased magic resistance
Sacrficial Assualt

do these monsters give more xp or should i avoid them

    They do give more experience and less depending on what's written under his HP bar.

    More XP comes from positve buffs like increased attack.

    Less XP comes from negatively buffed mobs with things like Weakness

    what does Sacraficial Assualt do? I heard the monsters blow up when u kill them but so far that hasent happend to me

    Sacrificial Assault enemies die really quickly, but their power is immensely boosted. They count as under the buffed enemies.

    if you tame a monster with a good buff, is it more powerful than other pets?

    No it will not keep its added effects when tamed and this was a NECRO, you are not allowed to post on threads that have been inactive for a month+
