My email isn't receiving emails from pw?

So this started out as a, my account has the wrong email well... to change my account email I need the email I sent it to has to comfirm it. I hoped that it would maybe start sending the updates from this account to it. It didnt and I want to change this email account, I've sent my email for this account about 10 verification codes, waited an HOUR and they still havn't gone through and I can't buy anything from the cash shop or buy zen till I get this fixed. I would send in a support ticket but obviously if my email isn't reciving the emails how am I suppose to change it! HELP!? This is seriously starting to **** me off b:cry I want this problem to go away so I can verify my account so I can buy zen

    Check your spam folder. Also, with some ISP's even though you download your mail using outlook or some other mail software, they have another spam filter on their servers that you can only see if you log in via a web browser. Be sure to check both places.

    Failing that, send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com explaining your situation.

    Alright thanks, I sent them a message explaining what was wrong with my account so hopefully I can get things fixed b:victory
