Charge Rewards

I do not understand why we cannot use our charge rewards .
If they belong to us ..We should be able to use them when ever we please .
They were a gift for spending money ..So why is it the gift is taken back ..?
Can we take our money back ?b:sad

    i agree im a little confused as to why it says i can use my rewards on any of the gifts and yet...theirs no gifts i can choose -_- bravo PW
