Brazillian Accounts Getting Suspended!

This is not a spot situation, many accounts form Brazil are getting suspended, majorly due to "Banned zone/Open proxy" argued by support. We have no idea if it was an IP change or something, thing is we dont even have a reliable, fast way to cantact Tech Support since accounts inthose situations cant send tickets. We would like a quick answer about this issued, more then 20 ppl reported same problem now.
