    noun, plural -ties.
    1.
    courtesy; politeness.
    2.
a polite action or expression: an exchange of civilities.
    3.
    Archaic. civilization; culture; good breeding.

    Let the Breeding begin.

After all we need something to do as the common suggestion was to do something else if people were preventing us from doing stuff in SP... I have devoted my time to each time I want to go do something in SP and am not able to do so... I come here to comment on the subject. And each person who hates to see my comment further should remember it is those players harassing others in SP who have caused me to be here. I think the ole saying goes: You can bring a horse to water but you cant make him drink. You can offer PVP to the children but it doesnt mean they will not harass others. China must have never heard of the concept.

As long as you are here... I do have a serious question. Are the competing games and the Name-n-shame listings in the SP threads going to get edited? While the PK players are enjoying the free for all in SP... I have to admit I am enjoying the free for all SP threads. At this rate we will get to witness live ritual killings in the SP threads. While a few may not like the more frequent I post about the issue (which is my most passionate concern) I dont think I have yet to actually name either another game by title nor have I named any individual player harassing/grieving other players despite having several screen shots documenting those players. It just seems like very few comments from MODs have come since the name calling from Sango incident. I know the PMs to Frankeyraye never got acknowledged. Just curious if the word came down to ignore all SP threads?

    @mcfreakie -

I am not aware of an edict or mandate for us to ignore the SP threads. Much of the reason for us not frequenting them is us not knowing anything about the situation, and being constantly pressed to give answers to questions we don't have answers to takes away from the time we could be using to be more productive elsewhere here on the forums.

I, for one, wasn't aware of any issues in there, and haven't really been around much for the last couple weeks (life in general hasn't been kind to my time). If you know of specific locations of certain things that need to be fixed, I'd be more than happy to talk about them via PM.b:thanks

Umm.... how can you not be aware of issues in SP? We've only been raging about it for umm... weeks now? No offense but I'm not buying this.

Also, if you actually read the topics you knew that we just want a reply from someone. Even if it's just a simple 'I really don't know when SP will be reverted but we'll keep you posted' and just repeat that every week if needed. Just at least give us the feeling you're actually doing something instead of just sit there and let our money flow in.

There are no "issues" in Secret Passage. It's called "PK", not "ISSUES" b:bye
I seriously wonder: people who don't RPK, if you play the board game "Sorry!" and you roll the dice so that you land on an opponents piece and send it back to the beginning, do you sincerely apologize and ask everyone if you can have a do-over roll so you can give your victim another chance? It's a god damn game..

In case you haven't noticed, that is the issue.
It would just be PK if people in pk mode were the only ones getting hurt. That's why the non-pk'ers want the Arena to be the penalty free PK zone so everyone will be happy. b:bye

Nah. Times like this is what alts are for. Since I have raging OCD and I gotta do every single non-repeatable quest I have before I level and all.

    I see.

On a related note, the main argument here on this SP biz seems to be that people can not do a small amount of quests. So just a shot at the dark here, Why is this suddenly a concern? Or have I missed similar uproar threads about being unable to finish the level 90s quest that requires the killing of the non-existent version of Harpy Wraith?

The same point I've been trying to make.

Pre-PK SP = Barren, void of players. The occasional person, or occasional bh squad.

post-PK SP = Everyone level 20-80 trying to do every possible quest they have inside. Even if they skipped them before, they're gonna do them now.

It was suggested that Sadistic Glee be the choice for free-pk. But I would bet that everyone and their dog would suddenly want and have to do the couple quests inside there in their early 80's should this have happened.

    I don't get it.

You're assuming that no one had SP quests before, that's why you don't understand. Let me try bringing some logic into this for a sec.

A few people go in and out of SP. Whether BHs, a Qingzi FB, a Dismal Shade/Silver Frost kill, a Wheel of Earth gathering, or just the odd quest, they're there. Maybe it's not that often, but it happened.

But after SP became a PK zone, those few people that couldn't do anything in SP because of being ganked at every opportunity... they still have their SP quests. More players level their characters up over the weeks, having undone SP quests. And more players, and more players. The amount of undone SP quests stack up, and eventually(y'know, 7-8 weeks later and all), 99.99% of everyone 80 or lower who has leveled a character recently has undone SP quests.

    That's a lot.

So while it looked like SP wasn't active before, it was active enough that everyone who was passing those SP quests got them done. With the SP **** goin on, no one can. That's the problem.

Don't get me wrong, I've been waiting patiently this whole time, leveling alts till SP is reverted... it's not effecting me much. But I understand why everyone's in an uproar because of this.

Kritty doesnt mean issues IN sp... he is referring to issues in the SP Threads of people naming other games and players.

While I have seen lists of games I have only seen a couple players named and the threads could be shut down now but I remember one that went for days AFTER a mod commented in the thread where a player was named. If they dont care if players are listing other games coming out or players who are being part of the problem.... it doesnt bother me. My only question above was if the MODs and CM were just totally ignoring the SP threads since no one was bothering to block/cover the names people were freely mentioning.

On a related note, the main argument here on this SP biz seems to be that people can not do a small amount of quests.

Actually the main argument has and will always be why would people who wish to PVP not roll characters ON a pvp server. If the penalties are too rough for them maybe they should be talking to the developers to eliminate the penalty instead of harassing other players? The fact remains there will always be those players if given FREE reign will always try to harass others and get around the rules of the game to cheat.

People share the same feelings I have seen from players about Buff begging and Duel begging. Those people who do not wish to spend their day buffing people or spend their entire day dueling someone who cant understand a level 40 sin has very little chance killing a lvl 85 barb. The big difference is those who dont wish to buff or duel are NOT forced into doing it. Yet those players who seem to be for the SP blunder can not understand why others dont want to be harassed.

I know for some the concept is way over their head but no matter how you minimize the fact... people DO wish to do the quests and kill the monsters in SP. Until SP is fixed to allow blue names to pass with out being harassed, threads will continue to pop up... NOT from the same people but from NEW people who are as equally frustrated. Those of us who share that feeling will continue to talk about the issue and NOT stop.

Again my suggestion is if ANY one does not like people talking about the SP issue to ignore those threads and move on. The people coming to the SP threads just to minimize the arguments or QQ over SP being fixed can feel free to express their opinion but note it will not deter those of us who will remain in the forums until this blunder is corrected.

    Have a nice day!
