"Gangs" of PKers in Secret Passageway (for I Don't Know How Long Now)

Okay, so I went to SP when I first got the quest to kill Qunizi when I first noticed all the PKers just hanging out so I thought "They're just chilling, they won't bother me." As it turns out, I was wrong. Me and other faction members have been PKed multiple times in Secret Passageway. One time I had just entered SP when I ran through the first room and noticed that no one was there but as the lag vanished, I noticed that I was PKed. I have spent at least 2+ hours per quest that requires me to run through SP just trying to run past the PKers. Hopefully PKers will run to the PvP server and hide if I post this (I'm really sick of these people PKing for no reason).

hmmm guess we gonna be wondering all night about who those pk-ers are :O
Just ignore them and come back later. Nothing will give them more pleasure than knowing that they pissed you off. They're idiots with nothing better to do than bullying smaller people than them. Don't give them the pleasure of knowing that they pissed you off. They don't deserve it.

It sucks not being able to play the game because of others but according to several posters in the main thread... its not that bad. People go in there all the time and they can get everything done they need to do (cough...RIGHT). They also claim there is absolutely nothing we need to do in there... we should be able to port in for our FB 29 and simply go to FC and power level like they did. (COUGH COUGH) As for good news Frankieraye has said in buried threads that this intended (cough BULLSH1T) change to SP will be fixed soon. (Soon meaning a cold day in hell) It is hard to tell when this blunder will get changed as it takes the pope taking a dump before Frankie will even give any communication other then announcing more sales in the boutique.
Maybe someone will find Frankieraye's moms phone number so we can all give her a call. It might not get SP fixed but we will hear something more then SOON.0 -

There are quest objectives that you can't finish without passing through Secret Passageway. A few examples are kill 15 guardian demonfire and defeat Quinzi. The PKers that hang around SP vary as it seems to be a popular PK camping area for some unknown reason (Okay, so it might be the fact that lower level characters enter the area but still). I am going to go out on a limb and say that these Player Killers are at least above level 60 (go ahead and correct me if I'm wrong).0 -

they are probably all 100+
and they all hang out there because it is the only area in game that is full and free PK (that you can access any time)
it was relatively recently changed to full free PK after a unexpected patch addition

Pssst... PSST... (come closer) YES... I know and have always been on the side that the blunder in SP was a huge black eye to PWE for Forcing players who wish to PVE on a PVE server to PVP and their embrace of harassment as they turn their back on the players who wish to complete ALL quests in SP but are told they dont need those quests or to just wait around till those other players get finished.
My comment was a laugh AT PWE for being so ignorant of what might occur if they tried to embrace this blunder as something intentional. And if Frankieraye wants to pucker up to this blunder and try to convince a few people that it was indeed intended despite the poorest roll out EVER and intended to FORCE players into the PVP style of play... he can try but most of us know better.0 -
So they still haven't resolved this situation since the summer. How convenient. I have nothing against PK in general but as it is tradition, the Orchid Temple is a place to PK on DW. b:angry[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

+1 ..tissue? I was always supporting the rule not to pk anymore in SP and was happy that it got finally forbidden....you can imagine my face when i saw the rule changed to complete opposite. The reasons are (as you stated) to force players into pk. Why? Because its dying.If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh0 -
I have question does this add to their kill lists to make them have more or does that just count in TW?0

I belive it does count, but the only way to tell for sure would be the pvp kills on core wich havent worked for longer than this "version" of sp has been around.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

I gotta admitt, it was pretty messed up when my level 50ish veno in npc gear strolled past the main area and some assasin named xxbooms or brooms or something came an attacked me.I looked at his gear an it was all +10.seriously how fun was that.0

What will be amazing if an actual MOD or GM looked at this thread as they have long ignored the SP threads ever since one of the MODs started calling players names. Naming other players to shame them has been a no no but it seems those rules dont apply to SP threads since the MODs clearly dont even try to visit them. At one point names of other games flowed from players for 3 pages and no one even gave a warning. Why? Because they are ignoring any SP threads.
I wonder if China realizes those people upset about the current condition of SP could care LESS what they plan to roll out?0 -

They did promise this would get reverted ages ago from reading General Discuss.. The only other suggestion, if you need to kill Quingzi still, use a teleport stone in the west (or south?) of Archosaur to get inside the main fb29.
I know, it's kind of sucky when you get PKed for no aparrant reason.

I heard that Cave of Sadistic Glee is also now pk enabled, I haven't gone to check though. If it's true, then the ONLY reason the 100+ pk'ers are camping SP instead of CoSD is to kill very low levels.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
I know we are on PvE server where PK mode can be safely turned off but... won't this allowing actually going to take PK down. Generally, I am not fond of PK and I am always in safe mode b:surrender. Yes all servers have the same FORCED pvp in SP. Does not matter what level or if you have the PK mode turned off or not. They claim China wanted to experiment and offer a penalty free zone for PVP which has turned into one of the biggest blunder in gaming. How many games suck you in to play on a PVE server, offer you a button to turn PVP on/off then send you thru one of the most high traffic instance for many different levels and FORCE you to compete as low as level 29 against a fully geared 105?0 -

My name is a joke, shows I have a sense of humor, but at the same I want other people to enjoy playing the game the way they want to, if someone wants PvE and they go to a PvE server they should get it, pk should be an option, and I really don't have a problem getting through SP normally when I go to help guild members. Am I wrong for believing that people shouldn't be subject to bullying by some r9 sin? Honestly if they put this anywhere else I would probably praise the move as genius, better yet make a whole new instance called something like hmmmm I don't know The Arena *gasp*. If coins were an actual way for PWE to make money I could see that possibility. PKers should just stick to killing people in PK mode because people not in PK mode don't want to fight (if they wanted to fight, they'd be in PK mode or in the arena). Of course Pkers don't really care about what other people want or feel since they have no life or date to keep them busy, so they just kill weaker players and brag to thier high level friends and so begins a contest to PK the most players and then they eventually get banned for ganking and they move onto another game and continue to PK other players.

That wont stop them, believe me. I saw myself only like 10 times a GM ...over the past 2 years. With the rate of their appearance, noone gonna give a banana about them. Despite that their gear is 99999 def and weapon 99999 dmg. gonna be one-shot anyway.
As for the pk area as i remember from older threads, some people wanted to pk in SP because there been almost no new players anyway...so they bullied the alts on purpose to lure people to switch their character and to have a "nice fight" ....however that works probably on people who actually has a good gear on main...for the rest it just switch to get killed again..i just find it honestly sad that people waste their time camping there. its like..nothing else to do than kill some low levels. its actually then same as one shot mobs..so i dont see any sense in that o.o despite they know there is a player behind a computer and it turns them on to one-shot them...guess they enjoy to be the **** in game, since they are kind of nerds, that cant do a poo in real life..If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh0 -
