    Allright Sylen... enough with the Traceroutes please, it doesn't mean jack sht and it still doesn't mean you know what you are talking about, even though it looks like it because of all the techno babble :)

    If I had routers on the public internet, I'd disable ICMP anyway. Just so I could anoy ppl a bit to have them put some really weird sht in their traceroutes. I'm so evil...

    Or put in an access-list to only allow PWI traffic and nothing else. MWUAHAHAHAH

    If you know anything about troubleshooting network connections, you would know that the traceroute is one of the first tools that you use to find issues with various links. It can tell you right away if you have a cabling problem, and where it is.
