I need a guide about different lv max 4 exp

so lets get to point.

until now i still don't get much information about penalty exp 1 party or different maximum number of levels in one party gets exp and etc.

somebody help me please...
i need all information for help a low level char from party with high level char.

tips 1 party hunting high level mob's

    hmm... (extra confused)
    ok let simple it little.
    if my Archer is lv 100 (high lv in 1party) hunt lv 100 mob's what is the lower lv in party that still get exp but not 1point exp.

    and also if my lv100 archer is getting 450 exp from lv100 mob;s in my party if there is lv99/98/97/96/95 still they have same 450 exp from lv100?

    tips i need in my party the lower lv like 99/98/97/96/95 didn't get penalty exp.

    hint just 2 people in 1 party not 6 people.

    In a 2 person party, even if the lower level character is level 1 they'll still get quite a bit of xp. For example, with a level 100 and level 1 character in a party killing a Basilisk Madtooth (Level 101 mob, 511 xp), the level 1 character gets 85 xp (level 100 character gets 426.)     I'll categorize each leveling method by level range:

    1-40: FC heads.
    41-105: Glitch FC.
