Having major problems with the ticket system

I have had to submit numerous tickets over the past week regarding the same issue because Noone is reading the issue iteself. i have searched for a customer contact number, i have looked for other ways to get in contact with ANYONE. im having NO LUCK! My first ticket, I was told to re-send it from the email at which i had applied,. well I have a linked email account, it goes to the same place, just a different begining. which i tried explaining to no avail.
Second time, i got a reply suggesting an email change completely, which can be done by logging into the site, well that would be awsome if i could log into the site.
so all in all after 6 days of conversing back and forth with noone... im assuming there is noone because noone is taking the time to help someone who has been around for as long as my main character has....
I NEED SOME ASSISTANCE PLEASE!!!! please please please please! this is my favourite MMO and I want to start playing again!

    I am having the same problem as well AND have been going back and forth with the tickets since June 5.....my tickets say to email costumer service and I have gotten NOTHING from customer support. Not a "We received your email" or even the "We are working on it" just nothing. Send a ticket saying "Is there another way for this?" Nope, costumer service. PW, seriously, fix your costumer support email system.


    I have tried to use that Live Chat during different times of the day (like 11 am. 2 pm. 5 pm. I think 10.30pm) but ALWAYS the same message: "We're sorry, no representatives are available to speak with you. Come use this during work hours."(More detailed then that but you get the idea). It's like What Hours?? 2 in the morning?? China time?? Usa Pacific Time? A little more specifics on the hours are would be nice/


    I even went and messaged two MOD's about this but haven't gotten a reply from them either. So who am I suppose to go to? GM's are super busy as it is (I mean I even asked politely to the GM's I've seen on game with no reply) If they are the only one that can help us then please contact me and Kissalee. IF not, then someone guide us to a person that WILL help us.

    Eh, that's kinda true. The ticket system is okay it's just customer support that's in the gutter x.x

    Its very frusterating. I am still trying though, and will continue too until I get an answer. I have even tried looking for a phone number, you would think that a game as big as this would have a customer support number for something OTHER then billing dont you....
