Worth it for new players?

I was just wondering if this game is worth it for new players? How long does it take the average player to hit a viable pvp level? Is it hard for new players to get into the game? Whats interesting to me about PW is ive heard there are 'territory wars'. Players can fight over parts of land and gain it for their own. Is this something only the 'pros' do?

Ive got the money to spend about 30$ / month on a game. If I have to spend more than that to be competitive Ill just re sub to a subscription game... b:bye

    There are PvP servers and PvE servers. On PvE servers you can only PK if you and that other person switch on the PK button. Then you're stuck in PK mode for 10 hours I think. PvP there is no button to switch on/off.

    If you can spend $30/MO on gaming, you can buy a lot of great gears in this game. This is a free game so a lot of people play it to avoid spending cash, but high end gears usually begs for cash expenditure. Although, if you can spend $30/MO, you might as well look into other MMOs like FFs or Secret World etc etc.

    Territory Wars is for factions to wage. You must join a faction, and your faction must pay coins to declare war on a territor and the current land holding faction.
