Alright, so I have an Affliction genie, and I'm just wondering what the best genie skills are for a sin? I'm level 80, and with one of my genie skills I can get 2 aps. (I have Hook and Thorn, TT80 gear, Wraithgate Robe, blah blah).

Also, what's the best helmet I can use, and what are some alternatives until I can afford the best?

And, as always, any advice is great :D

Thanks guys,

~Micah.

AD, HP, ToP, Wind Shield, Ext Poison, Frenzy, etc.

Warsoul helmet -> Helmet of pirate/helm of aqua -> High hp 3*

Really, it comes down to personal preference.

    Usually people go for:

    Wind Shield
    Extreme Poison
    Tangling Mire
    Second Wind/Tree of Protection

    You can also get:

    Expel
    Absolute Domain
    Holy Path
    Frenzy
    Occult Ice (PvP only)

Those are just the ones I've seen other sins use.

For my PvE genie, I have Wind Shield, Extreme Poison and Holy Path (I duo with another sin who uses Tangling Mire usually so I don't need it)

For PvP, I have a genie with Occult Ice. I might give her some other skills if I find any I like.

As for helmets, Warsoul of Earth and one of the Nirvana helms are the best.

You can get the Warsoul now, but you'll need 117 str to wear it. It can be considered endgame if you don't want to get the Nirv helm (and restat the str for a little better dps).

You can get the Helm of Aqua Viciousness if you want to use a temporary helm. It is a decent helm that'll last you until you can get the Nirv helm if you go that route.

Okay, Cool. Yea I saw the Warsoul of Earth helmet, but I'm kind of confused on how to make it/acquire it.

And thanks for the info on genies! :D

Quick Edit: Now that I'm 80, are there any really good places I can farm or anything I can do now that I've got decent gear and better aps to get me a good amount of money?

You get the warsoul helm buy either buying from another player or making with a championship scroll, it comes from packs, and sold by other players. They run 20-25m on RT when people have it. alot of people just make the helm hoping for 4 sockets to sell higher.

You can do TT runs with squads, but its not as effective as solo'ing later on can be.

DQ farming in OHT or on world map mobs can make you some coin and DQ points which you can use on things in the DQ shop and possibly save you some money.

You can herb and mat farm and sell them to players. They can take awhile to collect and sell though.

As I remember, it wasn't easy to make tons of coin at 80. I pretty much coasted by in my 80s.

There may be money in subbing TT runs now, however. Fairy boxes can give you a total of 360k a day if you just npc the mirages. You can farm subs pretty easily and do some runs. Just make sure you tell your squad that you get the fairy boxes since you subbed.

Its pretty slow going at 80, but things start looking up past 90.

Thanks man. Is there a link to a guide or can you explain what subbing and fairy boxes are? I'm kind of bleh to the games content as of now, haven't tried much other than grinding/quests/BH's.
