Paramedic's Skill Guide viable?

I'm new so I am not bashing this sticky, in fact I am loving it, just asking if it's pretty up to date and accurate so I level the proper skills.....already fixed my stats issue....I know this will be the second part of leveling that will be immensely important to do right.

    Clerics haven't changed a ton since the game started and his tips are viable. I wouldn't pay too much attention to demon vs sage until you get to your 70s and know a little bit more about your play style and how things work. At around level 40 the cleric game changes a bit. :)
