Im waiting 2,5 Weeks for the Damt ticket !!! and NONE can support me????

Seriously NoNE????? ANYBODY thereee???? hellooo?????? for the god!! all the gms are inactive and all of them just coming into the Game only for PROMOTIONS????

What do you want guys??? just to earn all the money from the users without support System???

    42 days to finalize my last ticket and in the end it only got looked at because I mass spammed the forums.

    suppose im pretty lucky almost all of my tickets have been answered/resolved within like 2 weeks of sending each. b:chuckle

    btw - spamming tickets do nothing but knock down ur ticket to only being glanced at instead of actual help. just use 1 and update it instead of sending useless duplicates

    Sigh. This is simply one of the many signs that PWI staff doesn't care about you. Just face it my friend.

    The only ticket they have ever properly responded to me was about buying zen. Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that if you are not a cash shopper or trying to be one, PWI will not help you with what you need. It is humiliating that they dont help me with any tickets except those that benefit themselves.

    Dont feel bad... MODs and CM have stopped reading any SP threads as players have openly named competing games and did some name n shames yet nothing got corrected and no warnings were given. Its like a damn ghost town here. LOL

    all of them are good to earn alot of money and all of them they have Porshe,lambo etc cars cause they are Rich... from??? US! and they can't!!!!     what do you mean, your ticket has been responded by an automated script to make you feel you got some attention :)

    Don't be mad, yes, PWE as a whole lacks support, and by lack I mean it's inexistent.
    I have had tickets that got closed because I didn't respond to the automated message so the tickets were set as inactive so, got closed.

    Way to go.

    Where is all the techinical support repli9es I only see gamers complaints here. This thread title is very misleading unless there is no technical support. I never had any problems other than this being only MMORPG that fragments my hard drive when I play it. I became a beta tester for the core connect and now cannot log into facebook connect for jonas blessing. They have asked players to list all kinds of pc questions to help resoulve the issure it's not on the client side it's on server account side.

    All I see is some posters incoherently ranting, with others interpreting that ranting and posting as they will. Tickets take time, and sometimes the issue isn't resolvable within the 3-5 day time frame they give. Those are special cases, and players aren't patient enough to give Support the time needed to resolve them.
