Hey there Perfect World Players!

I was just posting a thread on a personal quest that I have for the Faction Sacred's.
The Quest Reward is 1,000,000 Coins!

THE QUEST WILL BEGIN AT 12:00AM TONIGHT OCT. 19TH, 2011.

Cpt. Of Seeker Squad 3. Head Captain of Sacred's.

Maybe another day when we get more members you can participate too! Unfortunately Nobody can enter the contest that isn't in Sacred's after this time.

    Then why you bother posting this here if only your fac members can participate? If this is some kind of disguised recruitement post, then you're in the wrong forum section. b:bye

    Posted in the wrong section. Also if you are using it as recruitment you might want to state the server you are on.

    Sacred's is a faction on Sanctuary.

    You could at least provide some basic information if you want people to join your faction, because you're already pretty much harming your own cause by making yourself look rather stupid.

    You are really making yourself look stupid.
    There's also a faction on Raging Tides named Sacred. Sanc, you can have them. Maybe try having a website for your faction so that YOUR faction members (which this entire message pertains to), can see it and respond or participate accordingly.

    This is completely useless post and definitely in the wrong section. Game in general my ***.

    Exactly, the game in general. On a whole. Something everyone can discuss. It's not for a specific faction to recruit on a specific server. For that you want the guild banter section, which gives this description "Advertise and Recruit for you guild here," because you know, that's a very specific thing and not something about the game in general. And if you won't even help potential recruits do something as basic as find what server you're on, then you probably aren't going to be a very helpful guild. Server and name is the two most basic things you need to recruit for a faction on the forums.

    I want you to look at the three original posts that replied to you, before you started to be ugly.

    The first two simply stated you had posted this in the wrong place, I also mentioned that you might want to include a bit more information. The third post stated you might want to take you email address out, this is pretty standard forum advice.

    Then in your infinite wisdom you decided to come and be ugly and insulting, you will then notice that the following posts, the posters get a bit more blunt with you.

    I think your original idea of a post has merit, but you need to post in the right place and include the proper information. You didn't get horrible feedback until you took it there, you were getting feedback that was meant to be somewhat helpful.

    Since you obviously do need hand holding I will help you out, so you don't continue to make yourself our guild look any more unintelligent.

    First decide in either the Guild Banter or Server Symposium for your particular server (since no one still knows what server you are from) to put your new post in.

    Second decide how to spell your guild name, you have spelled it two different ways Sacred's and Sacreds, now I know this is only slight but since you think people are going to take the time to actually look it up you might want to be consistent with the spelling.

    By the way, I doubt that anyone is actually taking the time to look it up, and as another poster stated there seems to be more than one guild with a similar name, so just a tiny bit more information speaks volumes.

    Thirdly work a bit on the actual content of what you are trying to say.

    I was just posting a thread to let you know that Sacred's/Sacreds is having a Faction quest for all current members.
    The Quest Reward is 1,000,000 Coins!
    We are a great Faction and are always looking for new members. If you want more information PM me or look me up in game and I can tell you more about us.
    Maybe you can be a part of our next Faction quest.


    Now I don't know why I feel like continuing to beat this dead horse but I have one more thing. The majority of the comments that were posted were trying to be mostly helpful, to help you know what information was needed and to where it should go so that you could make a successful posting.

    Unfortunately you have now damaged both yours and your guilds reputation, because now we know that the "Cpt. Of Seeker Squad 3. Head Captain of Sacred's" speaks ugly to people and when asked a simple question tells people "Well look for it.
    I can't hold your hand the whole time".
