Hi this question is mainly for those PRO archers such as lady Asterelle ad Annora (as they have quiet a reputation on the forums no offense to the rest of the archers or other characters) , I wanted to know what is a better build for archers and all the pros and cons between hybrid or pure dex. Ty

    Pure Dex (nothing to MAG and VIT) and str needed for Warsoul Helm (or Nirvana) and Fists/claws if u aim for APS elf

    go pure dex 1 str 4 dex per lvl i did the hybrid build and i regret it nowb:surrender so trust me and go full dex no vit nor mag!

    Yes pure dex is really the ONLY viable archer build, however if u want to try to use your archer to farm you will probably want to use fists/claws which will require finding some extra strength from somewhere. While the best way is to find some orns that give you that extra strength many ppl simply stat extra str in their build which gimps your bow damage which is important if you PvP a lot be that in PK or in TW. Personally I have re-statted by build twice, the first time to use fists for farming nirv etc and the second when i realised my folly and just rolled a sin to do that job restatting my archer back to full dex. End - game its all about DEX, squeezing as much as u can out of your build to get that bow damage up for TW etc. As we know DEX is a 'multiplier' for your bow damage and at end-game even seemingly small increases in dex can have reasonable increases in your damage output. 1str - 4dex per lvl would give u 'un-geared' stats at 101 of 101str and 404 dex, certainly though 500 dex (geared) seems to be the magic number to aim for at this lvl making you a TW pewpew beast XD. Good luck both with your archer and with reading my ramble.

    After realized i cant afford r9 ( or at least dont want to sell my kidney for it) b:chuckle i ultra restated my pure archer to mega pure xD, have r8 set so far atm, normal refine, but i get 506 DEX wich means that with better refines on my bow ill hit like a decent truck (some barbs thinks i do actually xD) because i restated vit to 3, mag to 3 and str to 96, all other str and dex is coming from extra stats on rings and gear obviously, also got a decent +25 dex tome, so far u can make some respect stealing aggro from some r9 bishes who dont have a sniper bazooke with insane dex, so far i expect to refine my bow +12 and get the drakeflame stones imboued,, ill let u know when my arrows hits like a optimus primer without buy r9, but the path to get it without cash shopping is slow.. i just started to merchant some stuff in order to get my sexybow ready for xmas .. see u soon and remember archer are still the sexiest race xD b:laugh

    do you even know the **** thats coming out of your mouth. i can have over 500 dex without the dex tome. my r8 set is +12 bow with twin gem and 50% dot armor. damage wise... that can't hold up to my r9 set with no dots and no gems.

    i might not be surprised if you manage to hold aggro from an r9 cleric or veno with **** refines... but holding it from another r9 archer (even if you have a dex advantage) is a whole different story.

    3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.

    LOL what is ur problem bro, i never said i stole aggro from archers r9 +1000 refined gear because as i said.. I CANT AFFORD R9 and i realized that at least i can deal decent damage with this build. if u stole aggro it was from arcane r9 ppl who can easily 1 shot me in pvp obviously its because the int on the attacks, even they have -channeling every archer/sin or whatever have more crit% so sorry to hurt ur feelings oh lord of the AMEX PLATINUM, i feel so sorry if i insulted you and your 1% of the ELITE on pwi.. now... GTFO and buy a life b:victory because i got one and even ur payroll is 1000 times better than my whole life payment.. i have fun with this game and dont need to trash talking others just pointing that i have the best gear that my wallet can afford.. try to spend some money to learn chinese and create a r9 fail archer at malaysia server to deal with the real 1%.. now im back to the real life..

    There isn't all that much to allocating stat points. Mag is near worthless without having any skills that use magic base damage so that leaves str, vit, and dex.

    Get minimum str for the gear you need to wear as surplus str is not very useful (you do get some defense from extra str but you would have gotten more defense with the same points in vit).

    The rest of your points can only go into vit and dex. It's fine to get some vit if you want but by the time you reach end game you will get most of your defense from gear and vit becomes less useful. Everything else put into dex for bow damage.

    4dex 1str per level is a rule of thumb for being able to use a bow while wearing light armor but you don't have to follow it strictly. You can get str from gear and you don't get new armor every level (not much point in adding str for armor you can't wear).

    is that the best comeback you can do... tell me to get a life. isn't that a bit old once you graduated high school. or are you still in high school?

    as an archer you are expected to out pve dd mage classes... saying that you actually out dd some of them isn't really an accomplishment in any way/form. come back when you can out dd 5aps bm/sins. most of the archers (old school anyways) have 3 vit/mag before they got their very first tt60 weapon. again... you "mega pure dex build" isn't much of an accomplishment... especially when you are level 100+.

    learn chinese... why should i? when i am already fluent in mandarin. and again with this real life thing. personally... i am comfortable enough with my real/game life as to not have the need to mention it every few sentences... or like some cortinans... who must list every single of his processions.
