    So server shuts down ever so slightly early- Server 4 mins an counting late coming back on-seems normal?

    Yeah, but from all them packs, at least a fair item should drop ( Citrine gem, Garnet Gem, even champ scroll ). Loads of people i know have not had any item apart from Best Lucks. So seems to me that when they have a 'packs sale' on, they change the ratio & next to no items come from packs apart from Best Lucks.

    yes, it's usually a few mins after the hour for server uppedness ~Pacific Coastish time

    OK, seriously, the servers are here in the good old U.S. of A. Why is it that 9000 miles from where the servers are they get to start playing 20-30 minutes before the rest of us?

    For PWE? Yes, very normal, once we had to wait about 10 hours for a maint to complete, it was horrible.

    This is true. On HT i see tokens of best luck pop up at least 50-1 for every other item.

    Actually, their servers are located in Amsterdam. That means their maintenance can be done before ours if their GMs choose.

    Euro servers are actually physically located in Europe, I believe.

    I understand it may take longer but it would be nice if we had an update on eta of server coming back since some of use are waiting to race right away to do certain things:)
