I'm a lvl 81 Mystic looking for a nice, fun, mature faction that can help me lvl and get through my quest. I want one that participates in different activities such as TW, TT, FC, FB, and any other events I might have forgot to list. =] So if there's a faction out there that will take me in plz let me know b:mischievous

Another option on RT is Hallow. You can check out our recruiting thread here or our guild site here. We're level 3, we do every in game event that we can(Though we haven't made it to TW yet, but it's on the list.) and we even have in-guild events done for coin and prizes.
