Cant start up the game

I'm new here, so bare with me b:chuckle anyways, i installed the game and everything, so i double click the icon on my desktop perfect world international, and when i press start, nothing happens. the screen thing that shows the start button and everything disappears, but nothing else happens. did i do something wrong? should i reinstall? please let me know if I'm not being clear enough b:shocked

    I don't mean to sound noobish here but, what's OS stand for? b:laugh
    I have norton antivirus, advanced system care, and malwarebytes anti-malware. It could be norton, that's given me problems before.


    EDIT: I re-installed and it works fine now :) problem solved!
