Need Help!!!!=/

Hi, i'm new and need some help. I have an account and everything and i try to login during game tryin to join a server and it comes up with accout wich is plexai then password ******* i type them in, and it takes me to a screen say its good to change pw often, then it ask to change password, well i've changed it five times now and it still ask the same thing. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???

    Ok, I assume you mean when you log in the tip to change your password frequently. Well, as I said, this is a TIP. You don't NEED to change your password, it will always show up just to warn you that if you don't frequently change your password, you may get **** or whatever. Just when you log in, close the tip and start playing. ;p

    Thank you for replying so quickly! nice to see active forums! but i know what you are saying, but where it says "START" it will not let me its blacked out? so should i wait? is it a loading kind of trail? or something else, because when you goto login it has a popup saying such things, but then on the bottom right coner its say goto web and change your pw ect... then below it says exit.

    Hopefully you have figured it out by now but if not... did you do what Sexyfox wrote? You HAVE to close the pop-up message to change your password BEFORE you can click on start. You also have to create a character to play before starting the game.

    I'm not sure on how to make a char, it doesn't say anywhere to customize a char or anything in the startup or website? all this seems pretty complicated, im pretty new to mmo's i play fps's. so sorry for the newby-ness!

    No worries.....

    Step#1: log into the game.
    Step#2: click on "Done" to close the reminder that suggests you change your password.
    Step#3: click on "Create" in the lower left corner of the screen.
    Step#4: pick a class and gender (you can also modify the character's appearance if you want).
    Step#5: type in a name for your character (the game will not let you use a name that someone else is using so you may need to try several different names until you find one no one else has).
    Step#6: Once you have named your character successfully, you can then click on "Start" to enter the game.

    I am doing this from memory so hopefully I have not forgotten anything. Good luck.

    To do this, you click on the Customize button after you clicked on "Create" and selected a class and gender.
    Wasn't sure if you would find out about that. ;p

    Well there is no option to make a char when i get to that screen, just exit and start, and start is blacked out. ive looked around everywhere? idk what to do, i dont wana redownload either, took forever and i dont think that's my prob, i'd try makein a new acount, but i cant use my same email, so that out of question. its pretty nerver racking because im not sure whart ive done wrong.

    if you don't see the "create" button then you have a messed up screen resolution or something, it should be there on the bottom left, try opening the game on windowed mode or change the resolution to fit your screen.

    I suggest you make a screenshot of the screen you get after logging in, so people can see the problem.

    it could be a resolution problem. If you are playing in windowed mode make sure you pick a lower res so you can see the whole screen or resize to make it fit since some resolutions are larger than your screen. If thats not the case you might want to go to your client and verify your files to make sure no files are missing or damaged. If those dont work then might have to reinstall the game and send in a ticket at their support website for more help. And like stated above if you can post a screenshot of what your screen looks like with the problem present we can get into more detail on how to help.

    This would help yeah, because it should be there at the left bottom together with "modify", "delete" and something else, I guess. xD

    Wow, that it, it auto did my screen reso, it was a 640X480 i have an out dated video card and a p4. will this game be to slow to play? im used to grabin 50 to 100 fps every game a play. i cant play 18 fps

    It always says that.

    Don't worry, it's just trying to suggest that you should change your password regularly, not that you need to immediately or anything.

    P.S. If you didn't crop your screenshot then you'll need to resize your window so you can see the "Create" and "Delete" character buttons down on the lower left. Try switching to windowed mode in the launcher, click the "Start" button, then once you're logged in, resize the window so you can see those buttons.
