Botting Issues on Sancturary Server

I multiclient at two different herb patches when Im doing other things in RL like checking e-mails or just reading the forums for eg. Knowing that the herbs spawn every 10mins, I'm basically waiting there to pick them up as they spawn then pick them up and go back to what I was doing.

I actually had a guy whisper me a couple days ago and when I replied he said he was just checking for botters. Fair enough, except for if he had of whispered me 5 minutes later I wouldnt have replied and his message would have been lost in all the other messages and he might have thought I was botting.

This had been kept in mind for over weeks, and by many other people. Not sure how much of this thread you have read, but in my previous posts I had pointed out the differences between the behavior of someone who actually farms herbs and goes afk once in a while, and one that is a bot farming none stop for endless hours. When people are pming (private message and not whispering can't be missed easily), they usually do while the person is farming (not afk status). There should be no reason to take hours for a reply. Waiting for a replay from the accused person is not and should not be the only way to tell if a person is a bot. Many actions were taken and observations were made to identify the human reactions if any by the botter.

Some human reactions to look for aside from relying on a reply by the accused:

If another person takes a herb, usually another farmer will give up, but a bot will continuously try and obtain the herb that is being farmed by another person even when a new herb that is of higher value just spawned. (this happens not once but will go on until that herb being farmed is gone).

Right after you had farmed a herb, you usually pan around the screen in search of another new herb that is about to spawn. A bot don't need to do that, instead it will move back to a specific starting point and wait to detect a newly spawn herb.

If someone tries to get you killed, or a mob is attacking you preventing you from farming, you will stop to either kill the mob or avoid it. A bot doesn't not react to the attacking mob and will continuously try to farm the herb.

A person who is actually farming herbs don't always travel in a straight direct path to the herb and back to a designated starting point, but would have to wonder around in a non linear path, and the pacing/speed of traveling distance is not consistence like a bot.

Another thing I noticed before I got bored: She ran straight to a herb with a mob on it, tries to dig it, gets hit. Tries to dig again, gets hit. Somewhen dies. Tell me this is what a human person behind the pc would do ._.

I thank you Xainou for checking it out and understanding the points I was making I wish I can just link a video of this, but I don't think that's allowed.

Because my play time is limited, I can't really farm for more than an hour or so while I can spend that time to farm more coins else where. So I set up a catshop to buy herbs to make pots for tw. Herbs spawn once every 10 min, so that's 6x an hour, and thats' 576 herbs of each kind farmed per day if the bot is not interrupted. Based on the average prices I buy the herbs for, that person is making about 50 mil a week from the herbs farmed by using a bot. If that person was to resale the herbs with his own catshop for a bit more coins or make pots for resale, it would be around 90 mil per week according to the figures on my spread sheet.

Don't know what other thinks, but making 50-90 mil a week without really playing the game at all is worst than fcc glitching and the delta bridge glitch that can earn you lots of exp and insane amount of coins, because those glitches requires you to at least play and work for it.
