EG R9 refund

it is my opinion at this moment, that all of us that have purchased items to R9 the EG class should be entitled to a refund, it seems to me that we were lied regarding the ability to get such itmes, therefore i believe that if there is no conclusive answer regarding this issue from pwi, we are entitled to have our money refund.

not only are we not experiencing the same game conditions as other players, thus deminishing the equal opportunities rule that is tansversal to any economic transaction, but we have to sustain the fact that pwi has revenues that result on a failure to compliance to what is the expected status of the services.

6 month is ample time to adress such an issue, since that has not been done, i believe that we have the right to feel abused, and the most important aspect of any company's behaviour, has been compromised, trust with their clients has been breached.

therefore i request a solution from this company, either in the form of the item relase, or in its inability to comply with expectations a full refund of the purshaces made.

    Perfect World Entertainment is under absolutely no obligation to refund you for your own hastiness in regard to purchasing materials for items that do not currently exist within our version of the game. There is nothing in the Terms of Service that states that they are liable for our own rashness.

    And in the ToS,

    Doesn't it say, soon does not set any time, place, or date?

    Ijs, I don't grab a cookie from the oven when they're not done yet.. since I don't want burns b:chuckle especially in my wallet or on my visa card.

    You can't get a refund on that.

    I just feel sorry for any player/GM who doesn't understand what's going on with the management of the game/think they are fooling the majority of people. Do you think we are that stupid?

    Umm it's not an error that the quest for getting r9 on earthguard is wrong, it's SO YOU CAN'T GET IT. The China devs and servers have been upset for a long while about how many people on PWI servers have r9 so they got their EG r9 and now are thumbing their noses at us while they make us wait. The update will come, but only when they feel like it.

    Wow qqing so much, no one made you buy rank items and you knew well that rank 9 wasnt here yet when you bought them. You people complaining about rank 9 are just dumb. Dumb to spend so much money on something you knew wasn't there yet and dumb to spend so much money on a game with no content.

    This is why you dont buy something if you cant reach out and grab it when the cash changes hands.
    Sure you got your R9 mats, but the end product was nowhere to be seen. And yet you bought the empty promise that it would be there "Soon". Well, you got what you paid for. Even tho I have no real love for PWI any more, they are not at fault here. You wanted R9 mats, they sold you R9 mats. You knew the actual R9 wasnt there to be had, but you did it anyway. Now they have your money which means they have no real incentive to hurry up and provide the end product. Not a smart move on your part. You have no standing legally to get money back because they gave you what bought. The promise for R9 was free and given without a set timetable.
    Anyway, I suggest you sell your R9 precursors use this game as a resting place for the next few months then leave for games where you dont have to spend 2K or more to get good gear. Several are going live soon.

    Call up your bank / creditor, say you were denied a service you were promised, then get all your money back (at the cost of being banned). No way to play or charge again, and you get your money back. Go outside and dance around as you just made your life 10000x better.

    Gotta love how no one else has suggested actually waiting. Im sure that rank 9 for EG classes will probably be out around Christmas / Thanksgiving .... plenty of kids gonna have money then xD
