Big Problem

Was banned on my other ACC, forgot the registration email, so i can't even check why though i assume it's for the banned reigon/ open proxy thing. Anyway yeah i was advised to send an email to customerservice@perfectworldinc.com so i did that....except it's form an email that's not associated with this game, only thing is ive used that email to log on facebook and get my blessings. That's really it though....i just wanna know how long the banned reigon/open proxy ban is since i have no way of you contacting you guys directly from the character that was banned. ty in advance

    I'm reading your post and you did not indicate you forgot the account password.

    I suggest you try this:

    1 - Log the PWI Website

    2 - Select My Account (top navigation bar)

    3 - To the left under: My Profile >> Select Change Email

    4 - This will display: Current Email: _____________________

    I hope this helps.

    You can also select Support from the same top navigation and request a ticket.

    I'm reading your post and you did not indicate you forgot the account password.

    I would do ths accept i can't log on to the PWI site because i'm banned.

    Maybe someone can post in here the list of contacts for PW (including phone numbers), cause i dont' remember which thread it was in. BUt ya i find it f'ing hilarious when they ban you they tell you to submit a ticket or w/e on here, yet you can't DO anything on here ......

    We tell them to email customer service, actually. It's even on the support page. But I will forward this and see if any GM can check to see what can be done in such cases.

    OP - I'm pretty sure you'll just have to give them info about your inventory and account to verify it's you.

    ya there's what I SAID..... and there's what you said, which can't be done in cases like this when THEY FORGOT THE EMAIL.... rofl .... ijs

    honestly i'm surprised ya didn't just close the thread and tell him to send a email.

    From my understanding from reading the forums, try to avoid sending in repeat tickets as they bump them to the bottom of the pile for processing.

    Yeah they closed my duplicate one, anyway my ticket number is 15049-309378 so im hoping for an answer soon, this is really annoying
