What is your view on Momaganon server?

Let me start first. I been playing on Momaganon server a little over 2.5 months now which is based in europe. The only reason i moved here from RT/HL/Arch is because of european time for TW, which is 8pm, rather than have to stay up late nite(morning), ahh, maybe i was thinking better ping too, but this is non factor to me now since i see its the same with american server or sometimes its even worse.

So why do i bring this topic up? Let's me make long story short, i am fed-up with this server, really ridicolous to find squad to do anything, from FB to Nirvana and all in between. Trying to get help for culti bosses? Hmm that could mean wait time up to a week to look for squad. Some people say youre in wrong faction, ok, so i moved to bigger faction, result? same, no squad to do anything. Trying to get a FC squad? I can only dream to be in FC like in HL here in Momaganon. Wrong class? Yes, that might be the answer coz every noobs looking for seeker to do zhen or FC, what if everyone in server want to be seeker? Who's going to be tank/cleric? Got that answer too, some seeker's alt. The high level in most faction here never helps, yes, i been to all top 5 faction (2 is broken up now)

SO after 2.5 months playing here (its invalid to say new server, i was on RT day 1, hour 1, never have any prob there whatsoever) i can only say Momaganon server is a fail server filled with more alts than real player. Every newbs that comes to this server left the game in few days time. I can understand every new player is frustrated cannot do much by soloing everything. I can only blame myself for being stupid to come to this server which is done too little by PWE to promote too. The only reason i love PWI before coz it's really cool game with all class balace, that is before TB expansion. PWE other game is all rather fail, dont blame me for saying the truth.

my conclusion : Momaganon server is like ghost town filled with too many alts than real player. It will be closed down soon or merge with Lotranis OR PWE have to start promote to get more new player in, until then sayonara Momaganon, hope you guys enjoy playing with your alts. i m going back to HL or RT

    Not 100% true but i do agree its the worse server i been too, no help hmmm, people dont do quests anymore, so people would wonder why you need those bosses apart from culti/oht quests maybe.
    Its can be true that Momaganon will either merge or close down if no new player comingb:laugh, tho i live in the UK, i prefer RT, its much easier to find squads to do anything :))

    Major cashshop server :) Heaven for merchant and thats why I'm 95% of time in catshop mode. I just play with friends as most there don't care about game rules as long as risk to get caught is nonexistent.

    agree with you, i tried to move there for the time zone but is pointless.. also as i said few times before, those servers aint physicaly in europe, they are in california

    Wouldnt surpise me if most of the "new" players on all the servers were actually alts of longtime players. There are nowhere near the crowds of new players at the starter area/cities that there were when I started playing, except in the tideborn area of course and those ship off to alt FCs as soon as they can.

    I pretty much only log in now to see when TW is, and then log in for the actual TW. Other than that there's pretty much no point, since I don't participate in the "pizza FC" I end up with pretty much nothing to do unless I want to spend all my time solo. b:sweat

    If PWE really wanted to make money, they should create a new PvP server. People might actually migrate full time over there.

    In English, with English support, in the EU.

    Maaaybe with French and German adverts. I mean, the "French and German" servers were advertised in English, so why not? :D

    They will after zen purchases start slowing down, but before those servers officially die. Bet on it.

    The biggest problem isn't that people don't help.. it's just that we don't have enough people on Momaganon.
    Celestial Tiger Event : less than 300 people participating. I think the number hits 1000 on other servers. Check ADC West, how many shops are there on Momaganon? You can even count them, compared to Heavens Tear, HL, whatever.

    PW is Pay 2 Win, it wasn't in the past but now it is. You can't reach a lot without EVER spending money for it, this is why it keeps losing people.

    Guys, I just want to say.. stop complaining and do something. If everyone keeps qqing because they don't get help.. whose problem is it? Is it the problem of the other people on the server or is it yours? If it's YOUR problem, change something.

    1. Try another class, meet new people in your lvl range and do stuff with them. You don't need Lv 100 people to help with a Lv 30 boss or fb29. You just need a good squad of people in your lvl range, that's all.

    2. Look for a new faction. Many people join factions so they have higher Lv people to help them.
    GNAAAH; why ?! A faction is an awesome way to meet new people, and NOT to be pulled from Lv 1 to 100 in one week and get help with every little thing.

    I love my faction, it's the only reason why I keep playing. PW changted a lot. Now it's more of a solo game. Get a Sin, get some APS eqp and you are OP, you don't need anyone else. But that's a problem that PW created, not a problem that's only on Momaganon.

    And admit it guys, if you'd be a soloing Ego, you wouldn't spend your time helping tons of lower lvls, would you? Do you want to FORCE people to help you, only because you have a lower lvl and you need help?

    Think about a solution before complaining. Just saying that the server is stupid won't help anyone, will it ?
