IP limited ?

Good day.

I wasn't sure where to post this but anyway, a few people were asking me about some old working accounts for some friends to play.
I heard about Russian IPs not being able to register and so on, except the old ones that were made a year or more ago.

But since i never found a proper TOS topic that stated about this i want to ask why can't they register?

    Because that region has been added to the banned region list.

    Sometimes it can be because there are local licensed versions already by other companies.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    You can find the ToS at the bottom of the site.

    And the reason why they ban IPs that have their own versions is professional courtesy. That and in some cases they get formal requests to do so from the hosts of the more local versions.

    They have their own version of PWI, so yeah, should be on the list.
