Since people think it's a good idea to put their catshop on top of NPCs or so close you can't click on the NPC anymore.
I think there should be a 5 foot rule for catshops.
Allow me to elaborate.

You won't be able to set up a shop if you're closer than 5 feet radius to an npc.
If you try to set up a shop too close to an npc.
Give them a notification saying: You are too close to an NPC, unable to set up shop.
Maybe that way we can actually click on NPCs.
I know I can hold the shift button and then click.
But wouldn't this be easier and faster?
Since people think they have to park their catshop in the NPC to be noticed.
I think this would be a good rule.

Let me know what you think. b:cute

Faster than holding down one button and then clicking like we have to do anyways to click an npc? Do you need to play with one hand or something? b:mischievous

The pain of making them code in a popup that happened whenever someone set up a cat shop near an npc would probably just be wasted time since they already have a method for this, the shift click. They obviously don't think there is anything wrong with this method or they would have already implemented a change, I think you're just being too lazy to hold a button while you click

What kind of people would those be?

Last I checked, any disability that makes you unable to use one of your hands isn't exactly common.
I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. And even less would I go by Olblaze. Please, take a second to read a person's username.
If you see b:cute be sure to take a second, calm look at anything I said.

Actually I have carpal tunnel in my left hand and wear a brace while I play. Oddly a few of my friends that play PWI have the same issue.

I think it is just rude for someone to set up a shop to force me to click around them - so I can continue what I am doing. And I won't buy from them.

A brace that prevents you from holding down a button on the side of the keyboard? I'd understand if you had to type something but it's just holding down a button.

Also people buy thing's from catshops? I had always assumed they were just there because people like to lag anyone coming into Arch

Well... alot of times you want to get to the bank -- QUICK -- and you try to click but you keep targeting the catshop on top.

I just find it a pain they park there to vend, so I decided to reward them - by never buying from them.

I know you can just shift click... but sometimes the catshops are so thick you have to hold shift and search for the NPC that is literally buried under catshops. Very annoying...

I like the idea...sometimes shift click doesnt help when you have a cat pile of shops on top of the npc...and make it unable to stand on top of npcs either...to me its a big "stay away" from that shop because they want to be noticed first when you know they have nothing but junk for super high prices.
If I had a nickle for everytime someone thinks Im a girl because I play a veno with max bust Id have my legendary pets by now... Sorry pervs Im a guy veno get used to it b:laughb:pleasedb:laugh

shift+click only works if you know that the npc is there

it doesnt help new players arriving in arch for the first time not being able to find the npc they need
