around 300 or so 105s from goon glitch and no punishment?

i noticed that the rankings page is still filled with 105s from goon glitching and i dont think anyone has been banned yet since there is still half a guild on HT that openly goon glitched to 105 and nothing has been done.

the glitch has been "fixed" apprently which means no one else can do it, but the damage has already been severly done. wtf is wrong with u ppl? atleast revert there damn levels FFS -_-

    since so many ppl make 105 w/dragon glitch it mean its ok to do it... idk why ppl argue about this u either do it or dont..... if ur complain about ethic of not fix glitch and not ban ppl make 105 w/glitch this also plain obvious pwi dont care..... in both case if u wanna do it just do it..... if u dont like others doing it find another game where dev care abt game

    They should just make it legal but only for people who are already 100+. The game is lacking in 100+ challenging PVE content anyway.

    They did not fix the glitched, they just nerfed the xp you get from killing them by like 50% or something, it is still being done though.

    The problem isn't "People are leveling fast, waaaah!"

    The problem is PWE says "Using this glitch is a bannable offense" but then does nothing to enforce that statement. It's not fair to the people who don't want to risk their accounts by doing something that has been stated as being against the rules and subject to punishment.

    Personally, I'm sick of being stuck bored by myself while my friends are off doing this glitch. As I found out about 2 nights ago, I am pretty much the only one out of our group of friends who isn't doing this.

    On the other hand, since I have nothing to do in game, I have no reason to charge ZEN, which leaves some money free for me to reactivate some of my p2p subscriptions. b:surrender

    People are still doing it and I've been told that the experience is still better than doing normal runs. Not much of a fix if you ask me!

    I want to see the wall of shame for the 2 new servers. Oh wait, that would be proof that people on those servers exploited the glitch and would need to be banned because there would be absolutely no doubt that they broke the rules. Most of the servers we can see the rankings for are old enough that PWE can sit there and pretend that it's a complicated process to weed out the goonies from the legit players. I doubt anything will be done because checking a few hundred people to make sure they played by the rules would probably be considered too time consuming.

    Add the new servers! ;)

    They make more money by reducing the exp instead of outlawing or removing it.

    theoretically they nerfed the exp for them, but I've still seen a significant amount of 'unlikely' classes go from 102-105 in a matter of about a week. And i highly doubt that you can get from 102-105 in a week or two without using that glitch to it's fullest. Long story short, it's not going to get fixed, there will be no roll-back, get over it, play your game, not someone elses.

    Hey, u can lvl to 90 and do Fc with my sin (97), then u'll have at least one friend that doesn't do dragoon glitch :)

    It's hard to apply an even punishment. Some people were 104/105 before dragoons was popularized.

    the GM's don't care about the people who glitched or they would've done something along time ago. it doesnt take a genius to know who has glitched and who hasn't...eeryone above at least lvl 104 or 105 needs to be reset to level 1...they glitched it and they know it.


    and i dont know who started the stupid rumor that it was fixed, people are still doing it as i type this out.

    all letting this go on does is lower the game farther into the trashcan and making it die faster and faster...

    Oh and there was a thread (idk if it was b.s.) a GM got on a glitchers toon and destroyed all his/her gear. LOL! if that really happened...... classic....

    still.... not expecting much from this company anymore....

    Dragoons give only 10% exp now so how do they lvl so fast still???
    Dragoons are stronger than they give exp O.o

    From what people told me, FF glitch hasn't been fixed yet, and if it did, i guess you can hardly call it a fix.

    And don't expect any bans. It's just a scare tactic.

    thats where youre wrong, people wont go to another game operated by this company if this company lets this go on, because if they let it go on here then it will happen in all the other games with no consequences being incurred, people will leave the company altogether not just the game...

    105s perhaps give them more a sense that they need to create content for high levels.... lets be honest Genesis was a failure in the eyes of high level players unlike what they promised it would do. This at least provides concrete numbers that high levels exist and are the reason why they have a pay check. From my experience dealing with companies what the customer says they want doesn't matter unless there are numbers to back them up... this would be those numbers. Let it continue please more 105s ok?     I've actually forgot what genesis brought into this game, obviously it was close to nothing or very little of nothing, excluding the 2 classes and their zone to level in.

    The 'fix' made the second half of FCC worthless to do.

    I 'glitched' goons a few times, often times ending up with less exp than I started due to spam dieing and failing at it, so I basically stopped doing it. Instead I'd do full FCC runs, two per day, on my Archer and Sin. Now they aren't worth doing. >_>

    Oh well. I haven't actually logged in to do anything but TW in the past 4 weeks anyway, and only twice, simply because I'm using a Pentium D and Hotel internet right now. >_> 6 FPS with 6 seconds of lag. Fun.

    We'll see when i get into my apartment and have real internet and possibly have a real gaming system again... But I might be quitting and going over to a P2P MMO instead simply because it's more worth the time put into it, and for every dollar spent on the P2P MMO, you get so much more experience.
