Ticket Issues

I submitted a ticket, one 2 days before and one yesterday, but neither of them are listed in My Support where status of submitted tickets should be. I also received nothing on my e-mail but I always have in the past whenever I submitted any tickets. Ticket number is #15049-304901.

Any ideas what is wrong?
