Gold transfer failed?

i tranfered 5300 zen to my account on sanctuary, n not received the gold....
My wallet is empty, n nothing on my char!
plz help me

    Have the same problem here, nothing shows up after the Zen Transferral.

    Submitted a ticket, but hopefully the problem is just temporarily.

    im having the same problem... i put in a ticket but lets see if they get to answering it... i would like to see my gold on my character... my wallet is empty and zen was transferred over to the server successfully

    I have the same issue for Dreamweaver. Gold transfer didn't send any gold. Sent a ticket already.

    i got 20$ off my card and onto the game but when i went to put it on the game it wouldnt accept the money
    i sent a help ticket but im just hpeing it never went onto the precard so i can go complain to the ppl in target

    I'm having the same issue on lost city... I transferred 30 gold, and nothing shows up when I log in GM'S fix this please.. I also submitted a ticket!

    Likely related to the "Server Network Error" issues we're currently having.

    I've reported this issue as well, and it's currently being looked at.
