Im on the lost city server. I was announcing in world chat (on my other account) that i WTS (want to sell) ninetails. Next thing i know someone whispers to me "im gonna ban u" i answered back "why" then she/he replied "enjoy ban". At first i did not take this serious but now that i cannot log onto my account im sad b:cry. IS THIS EVEN ALLOWED? b:cry

    Story not coherant.

    Someone cannot just ban you cause you want to sell a Ninetails. Now if you did something bad BEFORE and he/she screenshotted it then used it against you, that's a different story.
    Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle

    You talking about gold/power leveling sites for the lvling service? if so and you gave them your details to level you, that's why your banned, send a ticket.

    yes, it depends on what kind of leveling service xD if you mean like riding along with a 9x and let them kill stuff for u, then thats fine. my old friend had done that.

    but, if you mean to buy them on another website and have your acc info and everything (or you mean somehow by hacking - which i dont think is even possible) then yea, its typical to get banned.

    That's what I was thinking, but then again... people advertise for that stuff still pretty openly, and the hammer hasn't started falling yet (to my knowledge).

    send a ticket in to see how long until then i wouldnt be talking about it on the forums sense it is against the rules to talk about a banb:bye

    Bans are not to be discussed on the forums. Please email customerservice@perfectworldinc.com to report and resolve the issue. Your story seems odd, so I think you were possibly ****, not banned. Please email the team to see what exactly happened.

    If you are banned entirely, you wouldn't be able to log into the PWE Site at all, meaning you wouldn't be able to post. If your character has been banned in-game, then you will receive a ban message when you try to log in with that character. It would also tell you the duration of the ban.

    Chances are that this is just a coincidence, but there is also a slight chance that someone else was able to access your account. You say that you're unable to log in, but what is the specific error message that you receive?
