Why is it like this?

so i did some forum searching, and found a post that directly related to the problem i am currently having, so i decided to put it here...

what im refering to exactly is the skill bar on the right. and mostly how it duplicates everything thats in the first slots, to make it in the 3rd slot. i keep wanting to change my skills around, but this problem has been just that, a problem.

if anybody has anything that will help me out, to stop the duplication, or at least move it up to the top row that would be most helpful...

    The first bar in both sets of bars is actually a view of one of the other bars in the same set. You can toggle which bar it represents using either the arrow button or pressing a hotkey (by default, V for the F-keys and ` for the numeric keys).

    That bar is not usable independently, though you can set it to a bar that's hidden if you so desire.

    oh my friggin god, thank you so much. that was SO extremely helpful, and now i just feel dumb... granted im pretty new, but still thank you so much >.<
